Frequently Asked Questions:
1. If you are experiencing trouble with Gaggle. Follow these steps:
1. Go to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
2. Download and run the uninstaller for flash.
3. Then install flash here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
2. Why are the Compass Lessons not appearing? I only see a white box.
You need to update the browser plugins (Flash and Shockwave).
Click on the link below and install updates as needed.

3. Why do I only see part of the whole lesson in Compass?
You need to change the screen resolution. Go to Start, Control Panel, Display and change the display resolution at least 1024 x 768.
4. Why am I not hearing anything from the headphones?
Make sure they are plugged into the headphone jack and not the mic jack. If they are plugged in correctly, make sure that your sound is not on mute. Look at the bottom right hand corner of the screen for a little speaker icon. Click on that icon and turn up the volume.
